Our Island home is located on Ambergris Caye in Belize. The island is located a few miles offshore and is reached by air or boat. These Belizean Shores Condominiums have a rental program run by the managers/developers and the unit has a positive cash flow of about 8,000 per year. Our unit is completely furnished and includes several pieces of custom made furniture and great murals of our coral reef painted on the walls. We have cable tv from the US and wireless internet.
Step off the front steps onto soft sand and gaze at the beautiful blue Caribbean in front of you. We also have beautiful views from our deck.
Belize is protected by the second longest barrier reef in the world and so the water inside the reef is calm and warm. This reef is also the healthiest and fastest growing coral reef in the world.
Local activities include great diving and snorkeling, fishing (bonefish, permit, tarpon, snapper, snook, etc inside the reef and marlin, sailfish, wahoo, tuna, etc outside the reef.
You can watch dolphins play and rays swim from our pier.
The blue hole is just a few miles away near Turneffe Caye. Great restaurants, wonderful people and all the beauty of the island combined with Mayan ruins nearby and on the mainland more ruins, cave tubing, zip lining and the worlds only jaguar preserve.
Belizeans speak English and Creole and is a protectorate of Great Britain.
